Simultaneously running his martial arts fitness center, Team Bushido, and his rapidly-growing career as a REALTOR®, Khatib says that the two are more alike than people assume. “It’s similar because people come to the gym and, when they do, you need to process them and find out what they’re specifically looking for,” he explains. “Everybody comes to the gym for something different, which is the exact same as when a client comes looking for a house.
