Sutton has a passion for real estate south of the border: his master’s thesis was on Mexican real estate, and he’s a member of AMPI, the National Real Estate Professionals Association of Mexico. He recently wrote his formal exams, in Spanish, to become a licensed real estate agent in Mexico. “The pandemic showed us that we can work from anywhere,” explained Sutton. “Many of my California clients are looking at a second home in Mexico, and I’m able to help them find the right property so they can enjoy the best of both worlds.”
