Vancouver, BC, Canada – May 28, 2024 — With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, John Humphreys is returning to eXp Realty Canada to work directly with local real estate influencer Phil Hahn. Humphreys will work on recruitment and retention with Hahn, leveraging strategies he employed in 2018 through 2021 to help eXp Realty grow from 183 agents in three provinces to nearly 5,000 agents spread across nine provinces of the country.
Through his three-plus decades of experience in real estate, working in some of the nation’s busiest markets, including Ottawa, Vancouver, and Victoria, Humphreys has developed a national network of real estate professionals. Humphreys will play a pivotal role in introducing agents to the eXp Realty model. Drawing from his John Maxwell Leadership certification, Humphreys will coach and mentor agents looking to maximize their real estate offerings and performance through personal growth and development.
